Cube 2 pounds of chicken. Mix with salt, pepper, 1TSP Chili powder, 1/2 TSP turmeric in a bowl.
Put 2 TBSP butter in pot, add seasoned chicken, brown on both sides.
Remove chicken.
Put another 2 TBSP butter to pot, add 4 cubed potatoes and 1 diced onion.
Add 3 TSP Garam Masala, 1 TSP chili powder, 1 TSP cumin, 1 TSP cayenne pepper, 1 TSP grated ginger , 4 cloves of garlic, 1 TSP cinnamon, salt, pepper, 14 oz can of tomato sauce, 1 cup water, 1 cup heavy cream
Bring to boil reduce to simmer
Add chicken
Simmer for 10-15 min
Add 2 TBSP butter and salt to taste sprinkle with parsley
Serve with rice.
