Gimbap (Kimbap)Korean style sushi
This is not authentic it’s just how I make gimbap. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of sushi rice (medium grain)
- 1 tbs sushi rice seasoning
- 6 oz imitation crab meat
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tbs Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp hot sauce
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 can of spam
- 1/3 English cucumber
- 1/4 pickled daikon radish(danmuji)
- 4 oz Kimchi
- 4 Mushrooms (about 3 oz)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp wasabi (optional)
- 1 tbs sesame oil
Wrap in aluminum foil or in food container.
