Crab Cakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 egg 1/3 cup (76g) mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp old bay seasoning
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbs dried parsley
  • 1 branch or rib of celery
  • 1/4 large onion or (1/2 medium onion)
  • 1/2 bell pepper Pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 lb (450g) lump crab or (imitation crab)

This makes 8-12 depending on how big you want your cakes to be.

Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for about 20 or until golden brown.

Or pan fry in butter and olive oil.
