Crab Cakes
Ingredients:
- 1 egg 1/3 cup (76g) mayonnaise
- 2 tsp old bay seasoning
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 tbs dried parsley
- 1 branch or rib of celery
- 1/4 large onion or (1/2 medium onion)
- 1/2 bell pepper Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 lb (450g) lump crab or (imitation crab)
This makes 8-12 depending on how big you want your cakes to be.
Bake at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for about 20 or until golden brown.
Or pan fry in butter and olive oil.
