Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar (about 110g)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cup (170g) all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup (80g) chocolate chips
Bake in 350°F/ 177°C for 10-12 min
makes about 20 cookies depending on size.
Cream room temperature butter and white sugar together until nice and smooth.
Add brown sugar, and mix together well. After mixed well and egg and vanilla, mix until combined.
Add flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gently mix together well.
Add chocolate, chips mix in evenly.
Cover and cool in the fridge for at least one hour.
Place cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, make sure there’s room between each cookie.
Bake in 350°F/ 177°C oven for 10-12 min.
