Ingredients;
- 3-4 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup butter (room temperature)
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp allspice
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cream room temperature butter and brown sugar together in a bowl.
Add vanilla and eggs, mix together well. After eggs are mixed in, add ripe bananas and sour cream. Mix well
In a separate bowl, combined flour, salt baking soda, nutmeg, cinnamon and allspice together. mix well.
Add flour mixture to banana mixture, take time to mix well. Pour into a loaf pan.
Bake in oven at 350°F/ 176°C for about 60min
